-The Extreme Images experience. Will this be the same as a full session with me? Unfortunately there is not enough time for the FULL Extreme Images experience. But I strive to give a little taste of the enjoyable experience! My goal is getting real smiles and expressions.

Frequently Asked Questions





Are there no paper forms?



You are correct, no paper forms. I know, change is hard, but paper forms are tedious, can get lost, and leave a lot of room for error. Not only this, but it leaves a mystery in our minds, how will our photos turn out? Online galleries eliminate this mystery! You'll get to SEE your photos BEFORE you buy them! Not only this, but you can choose multiple images, and multiple backgrounds! Plus, we'll save a tree, what's better than that?



how do I match my outfit to backgrounds?



Don't worry! When you view your gallery, you will be able to change the background on your photos. With many options to choose from you will be able to match the background to your outfit!
You can even order different backgrounds on different poses if you'd like!



How do I view Pricing?



The best and easiest way to view pricing is when your gallery is released. Pricing is in line with what you expect for school photos. If you are worried about saving up, please start doing so now, or as soon as photos are taken.



How long until we see our photos?



I am aiming for 7-10 days turnaround until your galleries are emailed out once all the school's are finished shooting.




How long will I have to order?



From gallery release date, the deadline will be one week for free/bulk ship orders to the school. After this the gallery will remain open an additional 2 weeks for paid shipping orders.



How long until photos are in?



From the free/bulk deadline orders will be printed and shipped to the school within 3 business days.





What email is my gallery coming to?



Emails will be sent to the contacts (parent/guardian) on the students file with the school. Ashley can only send emails to these contacts, no other contacts can be sent the gallery link directly from Ashley.



What If i dont have email?



If you do not have an email address on file with the school for your student, please contact the school to let the photographer know so we can get you information on how to access your online gallery.



How can I make sure I dont miss your email?



To assure you don't miss the email make sure to add gallery@photoday.io to your contacts in your email. The initial gallery will come from that email address. You can reply to that email and it will come to Ashley's email address. Be sure to check your SPAM folder in case your filter flags the email with a link inside!



I can't see my photos, only old galleries



This is the same system I use for sports photos, so if your student has played a sport before you may see that gallery. Make sure you click "+Add Gallery" and enter the access code in your school photo email.



I didnt get my gallery email



Make sure you have checked your SPAM and trash folders, as the email does contain a link and may be coming from a new email address to your inbox, so many emails flag it as SPAM



My email address isnt on my child's account



If you are not on your child's infinite campus profile, you'll need to go through the parent/guardian who is, or contact the school to let Ashley know your email is ok to share to.

I'd like to order photos of my grandkids, how do I do that?



Ashley can legally only send gallery links to the guardians provided by the school, any family members who would like to order photos need to contact the parent/guardian of the student and have them share the gallery information to order.
