When dealing with sports leagues, school photos, prom, dance studios, or any other children's photos, Extreme Images takes children's safety very seriously. This is why I use private galleries and ONLY provide gallery links to the contacts provided by the head of your league, coach, studio owner or school. I will check with them if a parent contacts asking for access who was not on my list.
BUT I AM THEIR GRANDPARENT, I JUST WANT PHOTOS!
While I understand that grandparents and other family may want to order photos, it is important to make sure that your child's photos DO NOT end up in the WRONG HANDS. I do not share links with anyone but the provided contacts, so if you know grandma or grandpa or a parent who was not on the list needs or wants to order, please share your link with them so they can access the gallery and place an order. I want Grandma to have photos as much as they want to have them!
NO EXCEPTIONS!
I do not make exceptions to this rule, I do not know your personal situations, I do not know legal or custody issues and it is none of my business. It is a liability for my business to share images of children without permission, and I would not consider doing so even if it weren't. I must have confirmation from my league/sport/school/parent contact that it is ok to share before I am able to share children's photos!
BUT I SAW THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
When I share sneak peeks on my social media pages, it is with permission from parents or league heads/coaches/etc that have had parents sign a media waiver. Typically with teams it is a group photo, low res, or within a video difficult to save. This is very different than providing a full gallery of individual images to order prints from.
SO HOW DO I ORDER!?
The best way is to contact the parent who IS the league contact and have them forward you the link. If there is an issue with this, but you have rights to order photos, try contacting the league head, school secretary, coach, or head of sport to have them confirm with me that it is ok for me to share information with you!
